Organizational Culture Change
Developed and implemented a globally recognized, company-wide culture change process based on the principles of diversity and inclusion for a large multi-national company. Our role included

Executive Team Performance
Provided ongoing group coaching for the Board of Directors, and selected targeted interventions for executive and leadership teams for a major multinational corporation.

Large Scale Diversity Strategy
Facilitated the development and implementation of a multi-year, service-wide diversity and inclusion initiative through management coaching and workshops for a state public service.

Diversity Education Intensive
Designed and delivered of a comprehensive, three-day Diversity Learning Forum for the Australian affiliate of a major multinational corporation. This Forum, run successfully for over three years, remains Australia’s most in-depth corporate diversity education program. Described by the Training and Development manager as “the best program I’ve ever been on, of any kind,” the program was also adapted for Asia-Pacific-wide management development sessions.

Management Education
Designed and delivered a 13 week MBA subject on Managing Diversity for managers from 30 countries for a leading Australian Business School.
